The Midtown Scholar Bookstore is pleased to welcome children’s literary advocate Corey Dupree for a children’s story time on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 at 10:00am. This event is free and open to families with children of any age.

Corey is the founder of the Layers of Black History Gala series, hosted annually in Central Pennsylvania, which aim to provide books written by Black and Brown authors to youth-centered institutions and organizations.

A native of Cambridge, MA, Corey resides in Central PA and is a lover of community, small coffee shops, libraries, comfy socks, and good Dad jokes!
